C18 or early C19.

Exterior

Large fieldbarn or cowhouse built of rubble masonry; modern slate roof with slate copings. The doorway is in the NW gable and each of the 4-bays is articulated by ground and loft ventilation slits.

Interior

The interior was not inspected at the time of the survey.

Included as a well detailed field cowhouse which forms an integral part of the farmstead of Maes-y-garnedd.
