History

Earlier C19 terraced house, possibly on earlier core, marked on 1834 map.

Exterior

Mid-terrace house in painted roughcast with slate close-eaved roof and rendered end stacks. Two storey, 3-window range offset to left, with 4-pane horned sashes and C20 4-panel half-glazed door. Painted stone sills and stucco reveals. String course between storeys.

Reasons for Listing

Included as a Georgian vernacular house in prominent site opposite the churchyard.
