History

A mid C19 farm range first shown on the 1889 Ordnance Survey.

Exterior

Square lofted stable of rubble stone and hipped slate roof. Openings have stone segmental heads. The N side facing the yard has a central split boarded door under an overlight, with window to the L. In the loft are 2 openings, of which the R-hand retains its wooden shutter. The L end wall facing the house has a boarded door to the centre and similar loft door upper R. A basement door is reached by stone steps L of centre. The rear has a 12-pane hornless sash window to the R, a small blocked opening to its L, and a replacement window upper R.
