History

Built in the mid C19 and first shown on the 1861 town plan.

Exterior

A 2-storey 2-window house of scribed roughcast painted pink, with slate roof and brick stack to the L, roughcast stack to the R. It has a replacement fielded panel door L of centre and further L a boarded door, under a narrow overlight, that opens to a through passage. Windows are a 16-pane hornless sashes in the lower storey and 12-pane hornless sashes in the upper storey.

Listed for its special interest as a small house retaining C19 character that contributes to the historical integrity of Rosemary Lane.
