Part of an early to mid C19 terrace.

Exterior

No.10 is similar to No.9, but with doorway to R. Extra bay with blind window on first floor, and plain doorway below. Small roof lights.

Reasons for Listing

One of six well-preserved early C19 houses retaining overall late Georgian character. Group value both with rest of the terrace and with other listed buildings in The Watton.
