History

Group of early C19 houses forming the end of the block comprising 1-14 The Watton.

Exterior

No.3 has two small camber-headed attic dormers with small-pane hopper windows. On first floor, two 12-pane sash windows, and similar window to R on ground floor. Doorway to L; round-arched doorcase with pediment; overlight with radial glazing: 6-panelled door.

Reasons for Listing

One of six well-preserved early C19 houses retaining overall late Georgian character. Group Value both with rest of group and with other listed buildings in The Watton.
