Early-to-mid C19 external details to a building with possibly earlier core.

Exterior

No.94 has a 16-pane sash window on first floor and a small-pane tripartite sash window on ground floor.
In centre on ground floor three doorways (central doorway to passage) all with panelled with reveals, pilasters and entablature; all with 6-panelled doors and rectangular overlights with tracery.

Reasons for Listing

An early C19 pair of houses with intact Georgian character and Group Value with adjacent listed properties in the Struet.
