Early to mid C19 terrace, probably 1840s; shown on the town plan of Abergavenny of 1853 accompanying contemporary proposed Abergavenny Improvement Reservoir Aqueduct Plan.

All the windows on the front elevation have been replaced by late C20 factory units since listing in 1974.
