House, C16 raised in later C18, rubble stone with stone tiled roof.
South end stack and north-east corner stack. 2 storeys, L plan. 2
first floor 2-light unmoulded flush mullion windows with leaded
lights. Ground floor 3-light flush cyma-moulded mullion window
with hoodmould to left and 2-light flush cyma-moulded long mullion
window with hoodmould to right. To left side is C16 through
passage, structurally part of Unicorn Cottage (q.v.) with heavy
timber doorcase and 9-panelled door to front. Rear wing of one-
and-a-half storeys with west end stack.
Interior: south side room has large timber lintel double fireplace
against passage wall and heavy chamfered beams. Stone winding
stairs on rear wall. Rear wing has encased collar truss.
