Here lie interred the bodies of Gilbert Charlton Esq and Anne his wife. He was second son of Sir Job Charlton of Ludford in the County of Hereford Baronet. And died 16 Jul 1706 age 35. She was eldest daughter and one of the coheiresses of Harvey Staunton Esq of this place and died 29 May 1732 age 65. The had five children, Letice, born and buried at Ludford, Emma born 1 Nov 1697, Anne born 1 Jan 1699, Job Staunton born 8 Feb 1700 and Gilbert born 6 Jul 1702.
