Cottage. Cl7. Rendered and colourwashed, double Roman tile roof, 2 Cl9 brick stacks. Two storeys, 3 bays, 2 and 3-light
edge-moulded stone mullioned windows, on ground floor with continuous hood mould. Central door opening in edge-moulded
stone surround, plank door with glazed panel. Attached Sunnyside Cottage is not of special interest.
