Entrance. Pedimented central gable with angle turrets. Door in 4-centred archway beneath hood mould. Above, a foiled twin lancet with overlapped honeycomb panes. Wood cupola above gable and a clock in its apex. Over the doorway is an inscription to Wolstan Dixie, the founder in 1601 and the refounding date 1828. Arms, Azure a lion rampant or, a chief of the second. (Photo May 2008).
