This property belonged to my great grandfather, Charles Morley, a nurseryman, in the 1930s/40s. It stayed in the family when it was left to his eldest son, Cyril Morley, who continued the family business until 1980. My father, son of Charles' youngest son, Stanley, lived opposite and has a childhood memory from the 1940s that Felton's cellar was so damp it had frogs living in it!
