Broadhurst

A Grade II Listed Building in Grampound, Cornwall

1 Broadhurst with hopway access to rear carparking right. Until the 1950s there were two separate dwellings within this facade. Their respective two front doors, each with its own letterbox, still exist, leading off from the small lobby behind the current front door. A hopway, now enclosed, used to lead straight back beyond the front door into the courtyard behind, onto which the now separately owned cottages 2 and 3 Broadhurst give.
