East aspect. Slate plaque reads -Ancient Cottage- in rivalry to No 17s -The Old Cottage-. Cottage of C17. Coursed limestone rubble with thatch roof. Horizontal sliding sash windows, including the dormers. Door under an elliptical hood with console brackets. (Photo Jun 2014).
