Warehouse. Mid C19. Slatestone rubble walls with granite
quoins, strings, voussoirs and ground floor jambs, dry
Delabole slate hipped roof with projecting eaves; cast-iron
ogee gutters. Rectangular plan. 3 storeys; 5-window range.
Segmental arches with projecting keyblocks over 6-pane 2-light
casements. Ground floor has wide 3-bay shop front on the left
with C20 plate glass; wide doorway with C20 doors and
sidelights and small window with original 2-pane hornless sash
at far right. Left-hand end elevations has central doorway to
each floor; upper floor doorways now slate-hung; 2nd floor has
remains of hoist and corbel right of doorway; pair of old
boarded doors to ground floor and splayed corner on the left.
