Farmhouse. C17 with C18 heightening. Rubble-stone walls with brick
heightening. Thatch roof with a gable end at left hand and half-hip at
right hand. 2 renewed brick stacks- at left gable, at right end of dwelling
part. l½ storeys. 4 windows, 2 and 3 light wooden casements, upper ones
with glazing bars, lower ones with wooden lintels. Front door roughly at
centre of dwelling, plank with a wood frame. Porch, C20 with glass sides.
Dairy, formerly, in north end bay. Interior: fireplace lintel with run-out
stops and brick jambs, C18. Plank and muntin partition with wide muntins,
C17. Mid-chamfered ceiling-beams with stops invisible. "RCHM, Dorset I",
