Kitchen garden walls. Early to mid C18 with some later additions.
About 8 feet high of Gatton stone rubble with a few courses of red
brick coved coping, The reverse of the wall is in red brick in garden
wall bond. This wall incorporates a cambered brick arch, a round-
headed brick arch in a section of wall rebuilt in header bond and a
C19 red brick cambered arch with a reset C18 stone carved bucranium
above. Near the viaduct are 2 Gatton stone gate piers of tooled
ashlar, stone buttresses and pair of cast iron gates with overthrows,
central panel and arrow-shaped dograil.
