C18. Brick with some patching. Cornice with blocking course, roof not visible.
Stone band at 3rd floor sill height. 4 storeys, 4 windows: recessed, mostly with
glazing bars. Ground floor altered. Rear 2 storeys above ground floor of red
brick with 5 windows and flush frames with glazing barns.
Iron railings at front with decorative panels.

The Roman Wall, the Mercantile Marine War Memorial with the Port of London
Authority Building and Lamps, Trinity House, Railings & Forecourt and Nos 41
and 43 form a group.
