Former rectory. Mid C18, with alterations and additions early
C19. Red brick, and vender, with ashlar dressings. Slate roof
with ashlar coped gables and kneelers. A single ridge and 3
gable stacks. Ashlar plinth. Double range plain, the earlier
range at the rear. 2 storey Garden front has 2, 2 storey canted
bay windows, each with a pair of double glazed doors and flanking
glazing bar sashes on the ground floor, with 3 glazing bar sashes
each above. A central and 2 end rendered pilasters supporting
a deeply moulded cornice and plain parapet above. West front has
central doorway with half glazed door and overlight with a
pilastered surround topped by an entablature to the right a large
glazing bar sash, and to the left 2 plain sashes. Above a
central plain sash, with 2 further plain sashes to the left.
Interior has stick baluster stair.
