Rag and wool warehouse. c1880. Pock faced stone with ashlar dressings and hipped Welsh slate roofs. Single stone stack. Plinth and bracketed eaves band. Three storey. Street front has five windows, arranged 1:3:1. Central triple arched window with three round headed sashes, continuous bracketed sill band, moulded impost and roll moulded arches with roundels. Either side single tall round headed doorways each with double panel doors and fanlight in roll moulded surround with bracketed keystone. Above five round headed sash windows with continuous sill band. Above again five flat headed sash windows with continuous sill band and moulded hoods.
