House C16, with barn at right angles forming 'L'-plan. Flint with red brick dressings
and red pantiled roof. Flint and brick plinth. Ground floor one 2-light and one
3-light wooden casements. C19 in original brick dressed opening; 2 C19 boarded doors
and one blocked doorway. First floor central 3-light wooden casement C19, east
4-light wooden mullioned window with blocked lights, east window with a 2-light C19
casement and 3 wooden mullioned lights partly blocked with same frame. At east, brick
quoins, kneelers and parapet, single stack with four octagonal shafts cut down. East
gable hipped. Rear with ground floor central wooden mullioned window and east and
west blocked windows with brick drip moulds. First floor 3 wooden mullioned
casements, blocked at east, open seven lights in centre, west casement six lights.
Barn at right angles with blocked brick dressed doors and windows. First floor wooden
door. South gable with brick kneelers and parapet and window with drip moulding.
