Male figure (mutilated) wears judicial robes; female wears pedimental headdress with close-fitting front and short lappets at the sides, dress pinned up at her right side.

Arms of Holte (azure two bars in chief a cross formee fitchee or) impaling Willington (gules a saltire vair)

Emblems of the Evangelists in the corners

Foot inscription reads 'Thomas Holte here lyeth in grave, Jhu for thyn passyon On him thou have compassyon And his soole do save'
Marginal inscription reads 'Of your charitye praye for the sooles of Thomas Holte Esqre late justice of N. Wales and lord of this town of Aston, and Margery his wife which Thomas deceased the 23rd day of March A.D. 1545 whose sooles God pardon'
