East aspect. C17 timber-framed cottage with whitewashed brick and mud nogging and rubble stone plinth. Two bays of timber framing, 6 x 2 square panels with braces. On the gable end, the cruck frame is partly visible above the lean-to. Extensions to the back of the building have altered the rear roof slope. On the right is a C19 one-storey extension.
