North front. Above the tudor arched doorway in the two storey porch, the Staunton coat of arms dated 1573. To the right, on the chimney breast between the first floor tansom-and-mullioned windows, is a smaller Arms dated 1554. Slightly below this, in the bay to the left, is stone arch, showing the existence of a tall, blocked up opening. (Photo Apr 2008).
