Circa 1700 brewhouse, used as laundry and presently a flat. Dressed stone.
Steeply pitched hipped Collyweston stone roof. Moulded stone eaves cornice.
String course at floor level. Two storeys and attic. Five window range. Wooden
mullion transom casements with leaded panes. Left and right double doors with
flush panels and rectangular fanlights. Two hipped dormers. Ashlar ridge stacks
with cornices. C17/18 single storey wing at rear with Collyweston stone hipped
roof, mullion/transom windows with leaded panes and ashlar ridge stacks.
