Pair of Belvoir Estate houses. 1860s. Coursed ironstone with limestone quoins and window dressings. Central gabled cross wing projects south to street front and is glazed by two 2-light cross casements to ground floor and two 2-light casements to first floor, all under hood moulds with label stops. In gable head is the Welby coat of Arms, Sable, a fess between three fleurs de lys argent, and motto Per Ignem Per Gladium. (Photo Sept 2012).
