House, now office. C18 with C20 alterations and additions.
Brick faced with roughcast; gabled Welsh slate roof with brick
end stack to front of ridge. 2-unit plan.
EXTERIOR: 2 storeys; 2-window range. Top modillioned brick
cornice. Entrance has C20 door and flanking C20 small-paned
bow windows; first floor has windows with timber lintels over
6/6 sashes in flush reveals. Ridge piece visible to right
gable.
INTERIOR: not inspected.
