Pair of houses, formerly one house and shop. Mid C19 with C20 alterations.
MATERIALS: Coursed limestone rubble, freestone dressings, double pitched pantile roof, no stacks.
PLAN: Double depth plan.
EXTERIOR: Two storeys, three-window range. Rusticated freestone dressings to plate glass sash windows, those to first floor at eaves level, central one has balconette. Central C20 door under hood on shaped brackets. Shopfront has been removed and filled in. C20 window similar to others and similar door and hood to left of original door creates almost symmetrical facade.
INTERIORS: Not inspected.
