Terraced house. c1914 by Sir Thomas Jackson for Mr B H Jackson. Yellow stock brick with red brick dressings, 1st floor band and attic floor modillion cornice. Slated roof with tall brick slab stacks on the party walls and fronted by 2 paired segmental-pedimented Dutch gables, each with a sash window.
EXTERIOR: 2 storeys, attic and basement. 3 windows. Asymmetrical design, the entrance right of centre with a pilastered doorcase supporting a bracketed cornice hood; panelled door with overlight. Gauged brick flat arches to flush-framed box sashes. Above the entrance, a rectangular sundial with rubbed brick plaque with a segmental pediment; inscribed on the dial "Sine Sole Sileo".
