House. C18. Rendered front, otherwise painted rubble walls. Scantle slate roof
with brick chimneys over gable ends (adjoining St Elmo qv., left). Cast-iron ogee
gutter.
Plan: 2 rooms at the front, probably parlour, left, passage between leading to later
single storey lean-to at rear left and heated outshut with chamber in roof space at
rear right.
Exterior : 2 storeys. Nearly symmetrical 2 window north front. C19 6-panel door and
C20 4-pane horned sashes.
Interior not inspected.
One of a group of C18 and C19 listed buildings in North Street.
