SX 45 SW MAKER-WITH-RAME FORE STREET (west side),
Kingsand

9/123 Westside Cottage

GV II

House. Possibly late C17 origin, with later alterations of various periods.
Rendered, asbestos slate roof with brick gable stack to left. Entrance to passage
along right side, with one room to left, service room and stair to rear.
2 storeys, projecting bay to left has 16-pane sash at ground floor and first floor
C20 raking dormer. To right, 16-pane sash and C20 door with slate hood, 4-pane sash
above.
Interior: not inspected.
