On the corner site with return into Kingston Road, and contiguous with
No 1 Kingston Road. C18. 3 storeys plus basement. Ashlar, moulded cornice
and plain parapet. Stone-tiled roof, hipped on corner. Plain string
at first floor level. 3 windows in Silver Street frontage, 2 in Kingston
Road (1 blocked). Sashes with glazing bars and architrave surrounds.
First floor windows have flat moulded cornices. Ground-floor has 2 shop
windows, 1 in Silver Street and 1 in Kingston Road. 2 square-headed doorways,
1 with panelled door and the other 1/2 glazed.

Nos 27 to 29 (consec) form a group with No 2 Kingston Road, The Kings
Arms Hotel and Nos 2, 5 and 6 Coppice Hill and all the listed buildings
in the Shambles.
