Cottage, formerly toll-house. Early C19 with alterations of c.1980. 2
storeys. Pentagonal plan; the corners are further splayed to give 10 unequal
sides. Coursed clunch rubble with quoins of squared clunch. Pyramid roof
with fishscale slates and central chimney of gault brick. Single-light small-
pane casements (mainly renewed c.1980). with pointed-arched fixed lights
above; at ground floor level some windows retain raised keystones of clunch.
The 1-storey entrance porch and further extensions to rear are of c.1980.
