GV II


Farmhouse. Mid-C18 with mid-C19 alterations and additions. Red brick
with raised bands at floor levels; tiled roofs. Verge parapets to
C18 parts; ridge stacks. T-shaped plan. Complex frontage to east:
to right: of two storeys and gable lit attic a projecting gable with
a range of 3-light casement windows, segmental-headed to ground and
first floors. Set back wing of one window to left over entrance which
has moulded surround, frieze and cornice to part-glazed 6-panel door.
Lower 2 storey wing attached to left of similar length to taller part
and of three windows, also casements; central projecting gable.
(Frontage originally to north side of taller part).
