Circa 1625. Red brick with stone dressings; 3 storeys; 6 three-light
mullioned windows with plain lintels; three 2-storeyed gabled porches;
6 plain brick gables; original clustered brick stacks; old tiles. On
site of earlier collegiate establishment. Interior retains some original
panelling.
The foll buildings. Church of St Leonard. Old Grammar School. No
2 Palmer's Hospital, and Nos 4 to 7 (consec) form a group
