Monument. Early C19. Stone on stonebase, formerly railed. Small
square pillar on moulded plinth with corniced top on which rests
a simple urn the concave lid of which has a fluted edge and
rises to a small ring surmounted by a ball. Part of south side
to John Richard Songen died 1829. Rest of inscription illegible
at time of resurvey.
