Farmhouse. Late C17/early C18. C18 extension coursed squared
limestone. Roof pitch to road artificial stone slate, opposite
side limestone slate. Flat coping with roll-cross saddle on
right. Rectangular ashlar gable end stack with moulded top and
skirting from left gable end. Another off centre right. C18
extension, squared limestone with red brick, gable end with
continuous stepped limestone kneelers and artificial stone roof.
Plan: main body 3 roomed one room deep extended back off centre
left with C18 extension onto gable end of extension. Facade to
rear. 3-windowed. 1 and 2-light flat chamfered, stone-mullioned
windows with metal casements with leaded lights and safety bars.
single light fire window in rear wall. Entrance from rear via
unpainted plank door with ornate, original strap hinges, knocker
and keyhole surround.
Interior: flagged floors.
