Cottage. Probably C18 with C19 extension and C20 outshots. Plastered cob on
rubble footings; stone rubble or cob stacks with plastered brick chimney shafts.
3-room plan cottage facing south with central unheated entrance lobby and outer
main rooms heated by projecting end stacks. The left (west) room may be an
extension. C20 rear outshots. 2 storeys.
Irregular 5-window front comprising a variety of late C19 and C20 casement and
fixed pane windows, all except one with glazing bars. Roughly-central front door
behind C20 gabled and concrete tile roofed porch. Line of the eaves rises along
left end. Roof hipped to right and gable-ended to left. The oven projection to
the right end stack has thatched roof.
Interior has plain carpentry detail where exposed. Roof not inspected.
