House. Early C19. Roughcast and whitewashed, bitumenised gabled slate roof, brick
stacks.
Plan and development: symmetrical about a central entrance hall.
Exterior: Regency style. 3 storeys,3 bays, symmetrical front, original 12- and 16-
pane sash windows with exposed sash boxes, French windows with glazing bars and
marginal lights on ground floor. Central coeval panelled front door, verandah
across ground floor, ogee-shaped corrugated-iron roof, glazed conservatory added to
right end. Rear elevation blank without window openings.
