Former lodge to Bradford Tracey House (q.v.) Rubble core roughcast and
whitewashed, hipped thatched roof central brick stack on the ridge to the
centre of the roof.
Plan and development: 3 room L-shaped plan; the principal right-hand room
has direct entry through a doorway in the right-hand end, and an axial stack
at the left end. The smaller left-hand room and the small room behind in
the wing have service rooms in the basement below. In the C20 a single
storey extension was built in the angle of the L.
Exterior: 1 storey and basement. 2-light casements with glazing bars.
Door opening to the right, plank door, small slated porch.
This is a picturesque lodge probably associated with Bradford Tracey House
(q.v.) and its gate-lodge.
