Attached house. Early C18. (School founded in 1719 - RCHM) Brick walls,
with plat band at first floor level, Slate roof, brick centre stack. 2 storeys.
Porch with gabled slate roof and round-headed doorway, panelled door.
Ground floor has one double-hung sash window and one C20 casement.
First floor has 3 double-hung sash windows. RCHM Monument 29.
