Lodge to Milton Hall, mid C19. Yellow brick with red brick
dressings and patterned decoration. Modern interlocking tile
roofs. Deep boarded eaves with pierced and shaped barge boards
with finials. One storey and attic, two storey porch facing
south. Two gabled dormer windows with hung sashes and side
lights, hung sash attic window and doorway with ogee-headed
arches in two storey recessed ogee-headed brick panel to porch.
Two recessed hung sash windows with side lights in cambered
brick arches with chamfered reveals recessed in wide four
centred arched brick panels. Wall with stone copings and three
piers with moulded stone caps and torch finials.
