House. C17. Timber framed with whitewashed brick infill and a slate
roof. Two storeys. Entrance front: 12 x 2 cells of small framing
with angle braces to left and right and with both angle and tension
braces to the central post. Door at far left with three 2-light
casement windows to the right. One two-light gabled dormer casement
window to left of centre. The roof was raised in the C19 or this
century. Right hand gable end has 6 x 2 cells of small framing with
angle and tension braces and uprights and V-struts to the gable. The
left hand gable end has 6 x 2 cells of uneven small framing with angle
braces and uprights and V-strut to the gable. Rear: 12 x 3 cells of
small framing with variations. Two doors at left of centre with two
ground floor 2-light casement windows and one 2-light gabled dormer at
left and one 4 light casement to right of that.
