Former farmhouse, now storage. C17. Coursed rubble. Quoins. Stone
slate roof with gable copings and moulded kneelers. Ashlar stacks with
cornice. Two-storey main range with two storey wing to right and single
storey wing, set back, to left. Windows are double chamfered. The
single storey wing has arched and moulded entrance and 2-light window to
left with hood mould with whorled stops. To left is a 4-light window.
To the right is the gabled front of the main range which has chamfered
entrance. 4-light window to right of entrance and to 1st floor, the
former with hood mould. Fire window to right. The right side of the
main range, to the right of the wing, has windows of 2, 3, 4 and 5-lights,
the latter with hood mould. The lower floor is partly below ground level
on this side. Several later openings for agricultural use.

Interior: 2 posts with braces to tie-beam arevisible at left end of single
storey wing. These support a truss with struts to purlins. The principal
and common rafters are of similar proportions.
