SW 72 NE MAWNAN MAWNAN SMITE (west side)

Small house. Circa early C19. Grouted rubble and rendered cob walls. Slurried
scantle slate roof with brick sweeping lower at rear. Brick chimneys over the gable
ends. Cast-iron ogee-section gutters.
Plan: Double depth plan with 2 equal sized rooms at the front flanking a central
cross passage leading to a stair between 2 rear service rooms within integral
outshut.
Exterior: 2 storeys. Symmetrical 2 window north-east front with central doorway.
Original 4-panel door and original 16-pane hornless sashes.
Interior: not inspected.
