House. Probably mid C19. Squared granite rubble brought to courses, with quoins,
slurried slate roof, brick chimney. Double-depth plan. Two low storeys and 2
bays, symmetrical; plinth; central doorway with glazed and panelled door; two 4-
pane sashed windows on each floor, all with exposed boxes and slate sills; all
these openings with quoined jambs and rectangular lintels. Chimney at left gable.
Rear and interior not inspected. Forms set-back left end of attractively stepped
row of 3, with Perkers adjoining to the right (q.v.), and is included for group
value.
