House. Probably early C19, with later C19 and C20 alterations. Stone rubble and
cob, rendered. Slurried scantle slate roof with ridge tiles and gable ends. Gable
end stacks removed.
Plan: 2-room plan, with a larger room to left and smaller room to right, each
formerly heated from a gable end stack. Integral unheated outshut along the rear.
Exterior: 2 storeys, nearly symmetrical 3-window front. First floor has three C19
16-pane sashes; ground floor has two C19 16-pane sashes to left and one to right.
Off-centre to right a C20 panelled and glazed door. Left end blind, with 16-pane
sash in the single storey outshut to left.
Interior: Not inspected.
