House and shop with accommodation over. Early C19. Rendered front. Asbestos
slate roof between party walls. Large tall brick stack at right hand end.
Plan: Double depth plan with parlour, left, and shop, right, flanking a central
entrance hall. Service rooms behind.
Exterior: 2 storeys. 3 windows street front, symmetrical except for early C19
bowed shopfront on the right. Central doorway with C20 door. Circa late C19 4-
pane horned sashes. Shopfront is original and unaltered with 12-panes at the
front and 3 panes to each of the sidelights. Moulded entablature. Doorway to
shop set back to the left of the shopfront.
Interior: not inspected.
