Small house. Circa early C19. Roughly coursed killas and granite with dressed
granite sills and lintels. Asbestos slate roof with brick chimneys over the gable
ends.
Plan: 2 rooms with entrance vestibule between; stair behind right hand room; the left
hand room slightly wider, probably the original kitchen/living room. Extended with
small single storey outbuilding, right, in the C20.
2 storeys. Nearly symmetrical 3 window east (road-facing) front. Roughly central
doorway with C20 door. Original 12-pane hornless sashes.
Interior not inspected.
One of the few small houses near this highway to survive in an unspoiled condition,.
